Omsæt behov til design

Hvorfor:
Gennem workshops, interviews og lignende kan vi indsamle viden om brugerne. En vigtig opgave i forbindelse med brugerdreven innovation er at få omsat og operationaliseret denne viden til konkrete innovationer.

Hvordan:
Det kan gøres på forskellige måder. Man kan bruge scenarier og personas til at få opsamlet den viden, man har om brugerne. Eller man kan bruge en metode som Affinity diagrammer til at få et overblik over datamaterialet. Det er vigtigt at afsætte tid til denne del af processen.

Skriv hver ide eller input fra brugerne ned på et kort eller en post-it-notes
Kig efter ideer og input som er relaterede
Sorter kortene i grupper indtil alle kort er sorteret.

Dette arbejde kan afsløre sammenhæng mellem brugernes input som måske giver ideer til, hvordan man bør designe sit produkt.
