Workshops

Hvorfor:
Workshops er en god måde at inddrage brugerne i udviklingsarbejdet. Til workshops udvikler man typisk produktet/servicen sammen med brugerne. Man kan bruge workshops til at få burgerne til at udvikle konkrete idéer på baggrund af deres behov eller fx at finde ud af hvad brugerne mener om en ny strategi eller andre nye tiltag man gerne vil indførei sit arbejde.

Hvordan:
Der findes mange forskellige måder at afvikle en workshop, og hvilken man skal vælge afhænger at, hvad man gerne vil have ud af workshoppen. Workshops kan være lange - 3 timer eller mere - eller de kan være korte "on-the-fly"-workshops, hvor brugerne kun deltagere i 10-20 minutter. En typisk workshop vil bestå af en gruppe brugere der med en facilitator som ordstyrer kommer igennemen række diskussioner

Case:

Slip brugerne løs-projektet på Hovedbiblioteket i Århus har siden 2007 arbejdet med forskellige metoder til brugerinddragelse. De har lavet en guide til brugerdrevet innovation, som beskriver forskellige måder at afholde workshops på.
